Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the KitchenPro website and the purchase of products from Kitchen Professionals Pty Ltd.
Last updated: 27 March 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or placing an order with KitchenPro, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase products from us.
2. Products and website information
We sell blenders, food processors, accessories, and related kitchen products. We try to keep descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications accurate, but colours, packaging, and minor product details may differ slightly from what appears on screen.
3. Orders
An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or delivery restrictions. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and arrange fulfilment.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched. Checkout content is prepared for Stripe-compatible payment processing.
International customers may be charged in AUD. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Final amounts in your local currency are determined by your payment provider.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping estimates are provided as guides only. Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, remote servicing schedules, or other matters outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes on delivery.
6. Returns and cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to conditions. Faulty goods are assessed in line with applicable consumer guarantees.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to the 30-day return window described in our Refund Policy. Full details of how to exercise your EU withdrawal right are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Warranties and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any additional manufacturer or KitchenPro warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are also entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods under Directive (EU) 2019/771. This means goods must match the description and possess the qualities presented, be fit for the purpose for which goods of the same type are normally used, and show the quality and performance normal for goods of the same type. This guarantee applies for a minimum of two years from delivery.
8. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated tools in a harmful way, or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct in connection with the site.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, including branding, logos, copy, graphics, product photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to Kitchen Professionals Pty Ltd. You must not reproduce or exploit it without permission except where permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them. However, if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. You may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
12. EU online dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to submit a complaint. The platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for ODR purposes is support@kitchenpropty.com.
